Microwave:

1. Overnight: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Remove the lid and heat at a high setting for 5 and a half minutes.
2. From Frozen: Defrost in the microwave for 4 and a half minutes. Remove the lid and heat at a high setting for 4 and a half minutes, stir thoroughly, and heat at a high setting for a further 4 and a half minutes.
