Storage Instructions: Store frozen at -18°C.

Heating Instructions: Defrost in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes or defrost in the refrigerator overnight. After defrosting, heat at a high setting in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes, or heat in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
