Why you choose Di Giorno?

You can select weekly meals that suit your needs from a menu of over 20 nutritious dishes. All Di Giorno meals are delivered to your doorstep frozen to maintain taste and quality. No preparation is required, so you can eat a delightful, chef-prepared meal in minutes, giving you a solution for all mealtime dilemmas.

How do I place my order?

Di Giorno is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Search and choose your meal or combo package from the dropdown menu, and click add to cart. Create a login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

Who do I call if I have any questions or problems?

You can contact our customer service team on Tel: (+356) 2097 8888 between Monday to Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm.

How many servings are in a Di Giorno meal?

All of our meals are single serving and meant to feed one person. Our 500g pies, however, can serve two people.

How do I know what ingredients are in my food?

You can view ingredients, allergens and other nutritional information when clicking on the selected meal.

How do I heat my meal?

Your meals will come to you fully prepared, so you have to defrost and heat them in the microwave or oven depending on the meal. The heating instructions can be found on the label of each meal and can be found on the website in the selected product page.

When can I expect my delivery?

Products will be delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

How will the food be delivered to me?

All meals will be delivered frozen by our Di Giorno delivery person.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free if you spend over €25 or if you choose one of our great value combos. For deliveries under €25, there is a delivery fee of €4.20 incl VAT which will be added at checkout.

How do I place a review?

If you’ve received an order and want to let us know about your experience, check out the review section on our Facebook page.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept VISA and MasterCard.

I have just placed my order but need to change something (add or remove an item, change the delivery address, etc.)

Please contact our customer care team on Tel: (+356) 2097 8888  up to 4 hours after you place your order.

How do I give special instructions for my Home Delivery? E.g., where to leave etc.

You can provide us with special delivery instructions when ordering; there is a box where you can type these into during the checkout process.

How do I cancel my order?

Just call us on Tel:(+356) 2097 8888  or send us an email on sales@digiorno.mt within 1 hour of placing your order.
